CESPHN Service Directory is designed to help people in the CESPHN region better understand the programs, services and groups that are available to people in the CESPHN community.

Navigating health, wellbeing, and social support services can be challenging for people. CESPHN Service Directory aims to help:

• Reduce the burden of finding local health and social support services,
• Form a backdrop to social prescribing, assisting GPs and other primary health care workers link patients and clients to the health and social support services they need,
• Empower people to take the lead in the provision of their own health by seeking information on health and social support services available to them, close to where they live, and
• Create webs of reciprocal support between providers

The CESPHN Service Directory lists a range of Government and non-government organisations that provide health and social support services in the CESPHN region with an emphasis on services that are subsidised or free to the public. Many of the services listed on the directory can also be found on other community service directories such as Health Direct or through gateway services such as My Aged Care and the NDIS.
