Provides crisis accommodation for young and adult single women and women with children who are at risk of or fleeing situations of domestic or family violence. Provides outreach services and transitional accommodation, for up to 18 months, for young and adult women and single mothers and their children who are fleeing situations of domestic or family violence. The service includes case management, advocacy, information & referral and practical support. Services are available for Indigenous & non-Indigenous women and for transgender women.

Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC) provides crisis and short to medium term accommodation and support cross the inner city and inner west of Sydney for women and their children who are experiencing domestic violence and/or homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness. Every night, we support 200 women and children impacted by homelessness, domestic violence and systemic disadvantage. The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal women and is accessible for women from culturally & linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
