The AMS Redfern Drug and Alcohol service provides support to clients experiencing substance use issues through pharmacotherapies, detoxification and rehabilitation programs, support and counselling. The unit is open 5 days a week and clients are supported by Aboriginal health workers, nurses and doctors. If you are experiencing issues with substance use please make an appointment with one of our General Practitioners (GP’s) for a referral. The service offers; Assessment and Referral for Detoxification and rehabilitation; Drug Treatment Programs; Counselling for Alcohol and/or drug related issues; Information on Drug effects, rehabs, detox and information for community

The Deadly Liver Mob (DLM) is a health promotion program aimed at increasing understanding and testing of hepatitis C, and other blood-borne viruses and sexually transmissible infections among Aboriginal people in NSW.
