Leveraging our expertise, experience, and strong reputation, we provide affordable, friendly, and flexible exercise classes in welcoming environments, led by our accredited fitness instructors. SHARE's thoughtfully designed and specialised exercise programs focus on Falls Prevention and managing chronic diseases. We are dedicated to supporting the community by offering high-quality, affordable Gentle Exercise and Health Education programs. These include customised programs for disadvantaged groups such as people with disabilities, Indigenous communities, mature-aged individuals, and those from non-English speaking backgrounds. Our classes aim to mitigate the impact of lifestyle-related chronic diseases and other factors affecting well-being. We warmly invite everyone over 50 to join our enjoyable and social exercise groups to stay active, healthy, and enhance their quality of life.

The AH&MRC is the voice on Aboriginal Health and the peak body who represents ACCHOs in NSW that play a vital role in addressing the needs of Aboriginal people and improving Aboriginal health outcomes. We support 49 ACCHOs to deliver culturally safe, high-quality primary health care services to Aboriginal communities across NSW. In partnership with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal health organisations at a local, state and national level, we address the social determinants of health and wellbeing for Aboriginal people. We work to strengthen the ACCHO workforce and ensure Aboriginal people are involved in the decision-making and delivery of health services. The AH&MRC Resource Centre has several resources and toolkits available for download including culturally appropriate resources which cover the following areas; Our healthy kids, Chronic care, Cancer primary care, Tobacco and smoking cessation, Social and emotional well being, sexual health, NDIS, Ear and eye health, Mental health and suicide prevention, Alcohol and other drugs, and Palliative care.

The Activ8 Health Club teams up with health professionals comprising Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and Podiatrists to provide a wide range of services. We also work alongside an extended team when required.
