Get Healthy Service is a free NSW Health program that offers phone and online health coaching to help make lifestyle changes to improve your health. You can connect with health coaches and can get support via the phone email, video call and text. University qualified health coaches can help you with setting and achieving health goals such as: Eating well and staying active, reaching and staying a healthy weight, drinking less alcohol and managing or lowering your risk of illness and chronic disease. The Get Healthy Service is available in languages other than English and a free Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) is available.
